Retired MG Robinson is a native of Lubbock, Texas.
He graduated Cum Laude from Monterey High School in Lubbock in 1978
Texas Tech University graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1982.
From 1983-1987, Joe Robinson attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas.
He completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Anesthesiology in 1991 with a clinical subspecialty in Obstetrical Anesthesia.
Joe Robinson is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and maintains his medical licenses in Texas and California.
His professional associations include Texas Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, Bexar County Medical Society, and Texas Society of Anesthesiologists.
Joe Robinson's date of Federal Recognition is 1 July 1989.
